Embroidery Orders - Be prepared to give the following information via e-mail

Send: A clear image of the design you wish to have embroidered JPEG is preferred, but other formats can be opened and viewed for quotes and input for the finished design. Full color is important, but resizing will be done to your specs for embroidery. The cleaner the design, the better the digitizing.
Should you not need the design duplicated exactly, or if you only have a drawn idea, we can duplicate or create closely the design with our large quantity of lettering styles and stock designs. You may search the large variety of STOCK DESIGNS to view thousands of designs we have access to and know run well.

State: Garment or item you wish embroidered – Location of desired embroidery, such as left chest, or full back, sleeve, etc.

Provide: The quantities you will be wanting and the date needed.

We will be happy to quote a price for your consideration.

Be sure to include: Your contact information, so we can easily communicate with you.

Hot Press & Digital Transfers: Requirements are the same as above.

For items to be sewn, repaired or produced: We will need to have a clear idea of the project you have in mind before quoting a price. We will let you know, based on the information provided if we can complete your project in the time allowed and with the equipment we have. Not all projects are within our realm, but we have many highly qualified contacts and will be happy to refer you to others who may be able to complete your project.
