To order products or items in Embroidery, Sewing, Hot Press or Products for sale on our site, please refer to the item for ordering information, or send us an e-mail detailing your project or needs and we will respond to you, usually in a day or two. Feel free to call, fax or write.

To Order Embroidery: Be prepared to give Lou's the following information via e-mail, phone or mail.

Send: A clear as possible design you wish to have embroidered. This can be sent to me via e-mail, as an attachment in JPEG format. It should be in full color if possible. Size is not important as we can enlarge or shrink it to fit your needs. The cleaner the design, the better the embroidery.

Should you not with the logo to be duplicated exactly, or if you only have a drawn idea, we can duplicate something with our large quantity of lettering styles and with something from the stock designs that you may have spotted or we can find. Feel free to browse the Stock Design tab to view the thousands of designs we have spotted or we can find.

State: Garment or item you wish embroidered - Location of desired embroidery such as front left or right side, small (heart) size, across the chest or back, sleeve, etc.

Provide: The quantities wished - The date needed - The number of colors you want in the design.

We will be happy to quote a price for your consideration.

Be sure to include your contact information, so we will easily be able to communicate with you.

To Order Hot Press: Please refer to the Embroidery ordering information, as our needs are similar in order to quote you prices.

For Items to be sewn, repaired or produced: We will need to have a clear idea of the project yo have in mind before quoting you a price for the work to be done. We will let you know based on the information provided if we are prepared to complete your project in the time allowed and with equipment we have. Not all projects are within our realm, but we have many highly qualified contacts and will be happy to refer you to others who ma be able to complete your project.
